Activi

Queue management system: ticket, screen, voice calls

Customers take a ticket from a kiosk or on their phone, you call the next one on screen and by voice, and you see waiting times, staff workload and ratings — in a clinic, a microfinance office, a fast food restaurant or any service hall.

Activi Queue in the hall

What it looks like

The customer takes a ticket from the kiosk and watches for the number on the screen; the operator calls it with one click — and the number lights up above their counter.

1Ticket kioskA touch screen: the customer picks a service and gets a printed ticket with a number, the date and how many people are ahead.
2Screen in the hallOn the TV — the current call in large type, the latest numbers and counters, a clock and your announcements; with voice calls in Georgian.
3OperatorThe number lights up above the operator’s counter, and from the panel the operator calls the next customer, repeats, transfers or pauses the queue.

How Activi Queue works

1

Ticket

The customer picks a service on the kiosk or the phone and gets a number — e.g. B-017.

2

Waiting

The screen shows the queue and the estimated wait; they can sit down or step out.

3

Call

The operator presses “Next” — on screen and by voice: “B-017, counter 3”.

4

Rating

After the service — a rating, and statistics for the manager.

Where it fits

Anywhere customers wait in line.

Clinics and laboratories

Reception, sample collection, calls to the doctor with the room number.

Microfinance and pawnshops

Loan issue, repayment, consultation — in separate queues with priorities.

Fast food

The order number on screen, “Preparing → Ready”, and a voice call.

Banks and service centres

Transactions, consultations, utility payments — by counter.

Pharmacies and stores

Prescription pick-up, order collection, service desks.

Public service halls

Public service centres, universities, insurance companies.

What Activi Queue does

Tickets three ways

A touch kiosk with a printer, a QR code on the phone or SMS — the customer picks a service and gets a number.

Screen and voice

On the TV — called numbers and counters; voice announcements in Georgian and a chime.

Operator panel

“Next”, repeat, transfer to another counter, pause — one click each.

Services and priorities

A separate queue for each service, VIP and priority customers, operators assigned to services.

Pre-booking

Customers book a time on the website and join the queue directly when they arrive.

Ratings

After the service the customer rates the operator — on a tablet or on their phone.

Statistics

Waiting and service times, peak hours, operator workload and ratings.

Works with Activi

Patients and visits in MED, the order number on the “Ready” screen in fast food, the cash desk in a pawnshop.

An electronic queue that brings order back to waiting

Activi Queue is a queue management system for service halls. The customer picks a service on a touch kiosk, by QR code or by SMS and gets a number; the screen shows the queue and the estimated wait, and calls are made by voice — “B-017, counter 3”. With one click the operator calls the next customer, repeats the call or transfers the customer to another counter.

Every service has its own queue and priorities, and customers who booked in advance join the queue directly when they arrive. The manager sees waiting and service times, peak hours, operator workload and ratings. The system runs on the local network; setup and a demo are on request, and the price depends on the site.

Questions about Activi Queue

What hardware does it need?

A TV (the display), a computer or mini-PC, and optionally a touch kiosk with a ticket printer. Operators use their usual computer or a tablet.

Does it work without the internet?

Yes — the system runs on the local network; the internet is needed only for SMS and online booking.

How long does it take to set up?

Usually a few days: we configure the services, operators, voice and a screen design with your logo.

How does the free month work?

Install the program and use it with every feature for a month — no card and no commitment. If you like it, choose a plan; your data stays where it is.

Which operating system does it run on?

Windows 10 and 11. One computer holds the database and the other checkouts connect to it over the network.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The checkout keeps working — the database is on your own computer. The internet is needed for RS.ge (the Georgian Revenue Service), updates and cloud backups.
