What Activi Build does

Units and fractional selling

Piece, m, m², m³, kg, tonne, l, pack, bag, sheet, reel, pallet — quantities can be fractional, e.g. 2.5 m or 12.96 m².

Box, pack, metre from a reel

Every product can have other sale units with their own price and barcode: a tile box = 1.44 m², a pack of 10, cable by the metre from a 100 m reel.

Retail, wholesale, contractor

Three price levels per product plus quantity-break prices; the right price is applied automatically by the customer’s level.

Contractors and customer accounts

Customer accounts with a limit, balance, statement, payments and a discount percentage.

Quotes

Software for building materials stores: from units to delivery

Activi Build is made for building materials and hardware stores. Goods are sold in the unit they are really sold in — metres, square or cubic metres, kilos, bags or sheets, fractional quantities included. Every product can carry extra units with their own price and barcode: a tile box, a pack, or a metre of cable from a reel.

Retail, wholesale and contractor prices are applied automatically by the customer’s level, and contractors get credit with a limit and a statement. A big order starts with a quote, continues as an order with a deposit and reserved stock, and ends with delivery — with a driver, a time slot and a delivery note. The checkout, fiscal printer, RS.ge and accounting are in the same program.

Questions about Activi Build

I sell tiles per m² but stock them in boxes — how?

On the tile card you add the sale unit “box = 1.44 m²” with its own price and barcode; when it is sold, the stock is written off in m².

Contractors pay a different price — do I change it by hand every time?

No — you set the customer’s level (retail, wholesale or contractor) and the receipt uses the matching price; quantity-break prices also apply automatically.

Can I download the program already?

How does the free month work?

Install the program and use it with every feature for a month — no card and no commitment. If you like it, choose a plan; your data stays where it is.

Which operating system does it run on?

Windows 10 and 11. One computer holds the database and the other checkouts connect to it over the network.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The checkout keeps working — the database is on your own computer. The internet is needed for RS.ge (the Georgian Revenue Service), updates and cloud backups.
