Activi Fun Center is built for children’s entertainment centres and play rooms. Check-in takes a minute: parent, child, phone, wristband, package and payment. Every child’s timer is shown together on screen — green, yellow near the end and red when time is up, with a sound alert.

Extra time, pauses, group discounts and customer cards with an hour balance are all calculated by the program, so there are no more arguments about “how long did they play”. The café and inventory are in the same program, and statistics show visits by day, peak hours and revenue.

Questions about Activi Fun Center

Can I set my own prices and packages?

Yes — packages (1 hour, 2 hours or your own), extension prices, group discounts and the card hour price are all in the settings.

Does the wristband scanner work?

Yes — any barcode scanner: the wristband is scanned on entry and when adding time.

How does the free month work?

Install the program and use it with every feature for a month — no card and no commitment. If you like it, choose a plan; your data stays where it is.

Which operating system does it run on?

Windows 10 and 11. One computer holds the database and the other checkouts connect to it over the network.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The checkout keeps working — the database is on your own computer. The internet is needed for RS.ge (the Georgian Revenue Service), updates and cloud backups.
