What we collect on the website

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. When you fill in a form we keep only what you wrote yourself (name, phone, e-mail, company, message) and technical information to prevent abuse (IP address, browser).

What we use it for

Only to answer your request — to contact you, install the program or send you a price offer. We never share or sell your data to third parties.

Data in the programs

Your business data (sales, customers, inventory) is stored on your own computer. When the licence is checked, only the licence key and a device identifier are sent to our server. Cloud backup — if you switch it on — is stored encrypted.

Installation notice (without a licence)

Until the program has a licence (trial period, expired or invalid licence), on first start and then no more than once a day it sends technical data to our licence server: the device identifier and computer name, the program and its version, the operating system, the days left in the trial, a random installation number and — if filled in the settings — the business name, ID code, phone and address; the server also records the IP address of the request. We need this to know where the program is installed, to help you set it up and to offer you a licence. Sales, customers and other business data are never sent; once the licence is activated this notice is no longer sent.
