Frequently asked questions
How does the free month work?
Install the program and use it with every feature for a month — no card and no commitment. If you like it, choose a plan; your data stays where it is.
Which operating system does it run on?
Windows 10 and 11. One computer holds the database and the other checkouts connect to it over the network.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The checkout keeps working — the database is on your own computer. The internet is needed for RS.ge (the Georgian Revenue Service), updates and cloud backups.
How are updates installed?
The program checks for a new version by itself and updates with one click; your data stays where it is.
Is my data safe?
The database is backed up automatically on the computer and, if you wish, as an encrypted copy on our server too. Users have roles and permissions.
Can I run several businesses on one computer?
Yes — every business has its own separate database, and you switch between them right in the program.
