Auto parts software that finds the part by the car and by the number
Activi Auto is built for auto parts stores and service-centre parts rooms. The seller types a VIN, a licence plate, an OEM code or a cross-reference number — the program compares numbers without dashes and spaces and shows the part with every substitute, price and stock level. The “Fits this car” tab shows only what matches the customer’s model and engine.
The engine service card shows oil viscosity and approval, capacity, filter and spark plug numbers, plus the matching oil and filter from stock — an oil change kit is added in one click. Supplier price lists come in from Excel and missing parts go into a purchase order. Checkout, inventory, RS.ge, the fiscal printer and accounting are in the same program.

Questions about Activi Auto
Does VIN search need the internet?
No — the program decodes the make, country and year offline; online it also finds the model and engine.
How does it know what fits a car?
From its own database: every part is linked to models and engine codes. The demo already has hundreds of parts, and importing price lists fills the database automatically. With a TecDoc licence it also uses the global catalogue.
How accurate is the oil data?
The service card is a guide — it is filled in for popular engines and you can correct it; always double-check against the manufacturer’s specification.
Can it import a supplier’s price list?
Yes — Excel or CSV with Georgian, English or Russian headers; it does not change your stock or cost price but saves it as the supplier’s offer.
How does the free month work?
Install the program and use it with every feature for a month — no card and no commitment. If you like it, choose a plan; your data stays where it is.
Which operating system does it run on?
Windows 10 and 11. One computer holds the database and the other checkouts connect to it over the network.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The checkout keeps working — the database is on your own computer. The internet is needed for RS.ge (the Georgian Revenue Service), updates and cloud backups.
