The dentist marks the condition of each tooth surface on the dental chart — caries, filling, crown, root canal, implant — and builds the treatment plan right there, in stages, with two options and prices when needed. The patient signs the plan on screen, and every completed item automatically becomes a visit line and a charge.
Orthodontic cases, the implant register with warranty cards, the periodontal chart, X-rays and photos, lab orders, the calendar, SMS reminders and online booking are all in one program. The database stays in the clinic, with encrypted backups.

Questions about Activi Dent
How is it different from MED?
Activi Dent is the full Activi MED engine (calendar, records, insurance, checkout, SMS, forms) with a dental layer on top — the chart, plans, orthodontics, implants and periodontics.
Can we move over from our old program?
Yes — patients, prices and history from Excel or another database; we do it as part of the setup.
Where is the data stored?
On the clinic’s own computer, not in someone else’s cloud; with encrypted backups and role-based access.
How does the free month work?
Install the program and use it with every feature for a month — no card and no commitment. If you like it, choose a plan; your data stays where it is.
Which operating system does it run on?
Windows 10 and 11. One computer holds the database and the other checkouts connect to it over the network.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The checkout keeps working — the database is on your own computer. The internet is needed for RS.ge (the Georgian Revenue Service), updates and cloud backups.
