How Activi Fast works
Order
Cashier or kiosk: combo, add-ons, payment — and a number, e.g. 128.
Kitchen
The order instantly appears on the right stations; a timer counts the time.
Preparing
On the dining-area screen the number is in the “Preparing” column — the customer knows it is in the queue.
Ready
All stations are done — the number flashes in the “Ready” column and is announced by voice.

Order numbers
A daily number printed large on the receipt; every order type has its own prefix (e.g. D for delivery), never repeated even across two checkouts.
Kitchen display
Separate screens for the grill, fryer, drinks and assembly; add-ons in red, timer green → yellow → red, “Done” with a tap or a key, recall and sound alerts.

Fast food software that connects the checkout, the kitchen and the dining area
Activi Fast is built for burger bars, shawarma and pizza places and any quick service restaurant. The cashier takes an order in three taps: a combo comes with a side and a drink, and add-ons such as “+cheese” or “no onions” change the price and the ingredients automatically. On payment the customer gets a daily order number printed large on the receipt.
The order appears on the kitchen display instantly — every station has its own screen, the timer changes colour and “Done” is marked with one tap or a key. When all stations are done, the number on the dining-area TV moves from “Preparing” to “Ready”, flashes and is announced by voice. The screens do not count as separate computers in the licence.

Questions about Activi Fast
What hardware does it need?
A checkout computer (ideally a touch screen), a monitor or tablet in the kitchen, any TV with a browser or a second monitor in the dining area; optionally a kiosk.
Do the screens count as separate computers in the licence?
No — the kitchen display, the dining-area TV and the kiosk do not take a seat; they connect to the program over the local network with a secure code.
Does it work without the internet?
Yes — the checkout, kitchen and screens all run on the local network.
What about delivery orders?
Delivery is a separate order type with its own prefix and is marked as “delivery” on the kitchen display.
How does the free month work?
Install the program and use it with every feature for a month — no card and no commitment. If you like it, choose a plan; your data stays where it is.
Which operating system does it run on?
Windows 10 and 11. One computer holds the database and the other checkouts connect to it over the network.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The checkout keeps working — the database is on your own computer. The internet is needed for RS.ge (the Georgian Revenue Service), updates and cloud backups.
