Pawnshop software that follows your loan rules

In Activi Lomb you set the loan terms yourself: a period in days or months, interest and a fixed fee, grace days, penalties and “full period after N days”. The calculator shows how much the customer pays on any day, and the loan card shows its whole history — interest payments, principal reduction, top-ups and closing, with receipts.

Customers are found by their personal ID number, and the name is filled in from RS.ge. Collateral is kept in the store with a status, and when a forfeited item is sold you see the profit or loss. Cash desks and shifts close with a count, every transaction is posted in accounting automatically, and the time comes from a time server — so interest and penalties are calculated on the right date.

Questions about Activi Lomb

Can I set up my own interest rules?

Yes — in “Loan terms” you describe the rule for one period and it repeats until the loan is closed; the calculator shows how much the customer pays on any day.

What if the computer clock is wrong?

The program takes the time from a time server, so interest and penalties are always calculated on the right date.

How does the free month work?

Install the program and use it with every feature for a month — no card and no commitment. If you like it, choose a plan; your data stays where it is.

Which operating system does it run on?

Windows 10 and 11. One computer holds the database and the other checkouts connect to it over the network.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The checkout keeps working — the database is on your own computer. The internet is needed for RS.ge (the Georgian Revenue Service), updates and cloud backups.
