Activi Accounting is a module that can be switched on in any Activi program — store, restaurant, hotel, pawnshop or clinic. Every sale, return, purchase, expense, cash movement and loan is posted automatically with double entry, so the accountant never has to enter the same data twice.

Profit and loss, the balance sheet, the trial balance, receivables and payables are ready on any day. VAT is calculated by period, payroll with income tax and pension contributions, fixed assets are depreciated monthly, and bank statements are imported and matched to customers and suppliers. The accounting module is included in the Pro plan.

Is it a separate program?

No — accounting is a module that can be switched on in any Activi program and works on its data.

Which plan includes accounting?

The accounting module is included in the Pro plan (79 ₾ / month, excl. VAT); Enterprise includes every module.

Do the accountant and the cashier see the same things?

No — users have roles and permissions, so a cashier cannot see what is not meant for them.

How does the free month work?

Install the program and use it with every feature for a month — no card and no commitment. If you like it, choose a plan; your data stays where it is.

Which operating system does it run on?

Windows 10 and 11. One computer holds the database and the other checkouts connect to it over the network.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The checkout keeps working — the database is on your own computer. The internet is needed for RS.ge (the Georgian Revenue Service), updates and cloud backups.
